MANIC MONDAY CHALLENGE

Mondays mini challenge is a simple refrigerator makeover ok now Take everything out of your fridge... Scrub it down make it beautifull. Place all of your low cal healthy food on top and tier your way down and put the fat stuff down there. We by nature are lazy lmao sooo we will grab from the top shelf first!

Drink 96oz water
Burn 500 Calories
Love yourself Somehow someway!

    I have the fridge part done. It is easy since I keep all fruits and veggies on the self in my fridge so they are right in front of me. No out of sight out of mind excuse ther. :) after a weekend of doing ok but not great I am up for an extra challenge.

    I did this today actually did this today. :) Stocked up on green tea, fruits, veggies, low fat greek yogurt, and lots of water. Cleaning out your fridge is one of the best ways I think to stay motivated, if its not in there you don"t have to deal with the temptation.

    I will be on this tomorrow, I let all my fruit go bad because it's at the bottom of the fridge, I never thought to move the stuff to the top if I had a penny for all the apples and veggies I throw out I know I would be rich........good advice I will use it.

    Would love to be part of more challenges... very motivating! Any ideas gang? :o) I was doing some kitchen clean-up tonight and thought it might be fun to begin another challenge!

    Anyone else interested? any projects you have that you've been trying to get done and simply need support getting through?:wink:
