I've been using MFP for a couple months very active the last month and wish to keep it up. I'm from a small town north of Green Bay WI and do some walking and started riding my bike again after oh I don't know 15 years. It's true to don't lose the know how of riding a bike but you do get rusty. lol
I'd love to find some new friends to keep each other motivated. I'm working on losing the first 5 pounds, but my ultimate goal is 125-150 to lose.

Any any recipes you have that are yummy and good. I'm a really picky eater so I sometimes have a hard time find recipes I like. I've gotten good at modifying unhealthy ones but adding veggies is hard for me.
