Take one Calorie Deficit (TM) daily to burn fat.0

I've tried almost every pill on the market (and some that aren't). The best pill is a multivitamin and counting calories. Fat burners make you feel like crap and won't help if your diet isn't on point.
ETA: I did not use pills to get this body. I only started losing weight when I stopped worrying about pills.0 -
Kettlebells!! Sorry no recs for fat burners. Never tried any.0

As a woman that has taken this, I can confirm it's effectiveness. May cause some side effects though! (I run around in a sports bra most days now. Hey, where'd my shirt go...)0 -
I've tried the pills, fat burners, etc.....like 15 or so of them.....none of them did the job that diet and exercise have done.
There is no substitute for changing eating habits and moving more.0 -
I like to eat at a reasonable deficit, and go for long walks. When I'm feeling wild, I do some light lifting and other cardio at my gym. So far, I've lost almost 43lbs, 4 dress sizes and a whole bunch of inches.0

This is true. I took this pill, and experienced extreme sexiness as a side effect. Also, increased energy and weight loss.0 -

If you REALLY want a shake - whey protein + milk (or water). If you really want a pill - take a multivitamin.
Eat at a calorie deficit, but always eat enough to fuel your body appropriately. Exercise, both cardio and strength training.
There is no such thing as a magic pill when it comes to weight loss.
It's a cliche, but: it's a marathon, not a sprint. Slow, steady, healthy weight loss sets you up to keep it off for the rest of your life, whereas rapid dropping with some sort of gimmick is much more likely to yo-yo.0 -

Obviously you're not eating properly and no "fat burner" will correct that.0 -

If you are having problems being hungry, are you eating enough? Drinking enough water? What kind of "boost"?0 -

If you could provide the details of your current eating/exercise routine and open your diary, we could provide answers other than BS. If you're struggling with hunger (or hanger! I get that too...) then you might have too big a deficit.0
