Has anyone experienced this?
I'll have no problem training up to a race (5k) and I'll run it successfully. And I'm super excited about accomplishing goals, feeling good, etc.
But then after the race (like for a few weeks) I get depressed and don't want to do any type of fitness.
Does anyone go through this? Any advice on how to minimize these slumps?
Thanks in advance

Book another race for a longer distance.0

Done already lol, I have races booked all summer. So I don't think it's a "nothing to do anymore" thing.0

I always get a little down after a race, but I only do one or two races a year0

maybe its just a natural thing then, coming off of adrenaline, etc.0
