Mind over Body

I'm here to restart my journey toward a fitter, more confident me. I started late last March and I'm down just over 20lbs from my start weight. However, I haven't lost anything since mid-June. I fell off the wagon a bit due to some pretty serious stress with work and school (I'm a part time student with a full time job). I have battled depression for years and have definitely seen that flare up over the last couple of months. I've gained back a pound or two, but I'm determined to continue making progress.

My goals for the next 30 days are thus:

1. Set my goals to maintenance and log absolutely everything
2. Set aside 30 minutes per day for dedicated exercise time (leaning strongly toward 30 day shred)
3. Do not eat back exercise calories
4. Be mindful of my attitude and try to stay positive

My hope is that introducing exercise will improve my mood and relieve stress over the next 30 days so that I can find the motivation to start losing weight again. Looking for friends with similar goals and/or advice from anyone who used exercise to treat depression!
