Insanity: Activity level?

Hopefully this is the right section to ask this in.
I'm currently doing the Insanity workout, I've completed it once and I'm on my 2nd round. According to the Harris Benedict Equation, I'm classified as 'very active' but I'm mostly sedentary for the rest of the day after my workout, I am confused about what my activity level should be on myfitnesspal. I don't want to eat too little, or too much. I'm trying to lose around 10-15lbs more. I workout 6 days a week and I burn around 3000-4000 calories throughout the week.
Any ideas?

My guess is probably around 2200 calories at least that you should be eating a day. Have you looked at the guide for insanity to calculate calorie goal with that? If so I'd make that number your calorie goal for my fitness pal with custom settings.0
