I've seen this around MFP and folks talking about Macros. Anyone want to offer some advice and help me figure this out? I googled it but ended up at some calculation website that made my brain hurt. :-(

It's the total number of calories you burn in a day. Includes functions just to keep you alive, as well all your other activity, including exercise.0
