can't find the how to add images info

ok so I've tried searching for the image info but to no avail..could someone please point me in the right direction? .. I'm sure its something to do with (img) etc etc but can't remember ..been a while since i posted pics on a forum other than Facebook

    the tag is [ i m g ]

    you do [i m g] *insert url here* [/ i m g ]

    without the spaces in between the [ ]

    thanks i always tend to forget the / in the 2nd tag
