Hello All!

I am new to this. For almost the first time in my life, I do not have any weight to lose....just need to keep it off. I lost 50+ pounds last year with a doctor supervised, high protein diet, gain 24 of it back, and have since lost those 24 again. I am again in the fight of my life to keep it all off. Any wisdom on portion control and anxious eating is appreciated. Thank you!
