I have lost 1.5 stone ... Not a 14 but not a 12 anymore ... So all clothes look baggy!! How much weight did U have to drop a dress size?
Its really frustrating! I don't want to waste money and but clothes if im loosing weight but all my jeans etc is baggy but I'm still not a 12 just yet! Lol! Sorry is just driving me insane coz nothing fits me nice!!

I have started kickboxing , had my 3rd lesson today,, I'm hoping. More weight will start falling off.!!

I can't wait for a size 12 jean size to fit me!

Would appreciate if any one has any advice!

Start taking measurements. If you've lost 1.5 stone then the fat is coming off, just maybe not where you think.

If you haven't already.. as has been mentioned... measurements are essential.

It could be, as happens to many of us , the weight doesn't just fall off the areas we want it to.

patience is needed though , hang in there

    Take measurements and photos.

I lost 40lbs before I went down a size. After that, I started lifting heavy weights and I've lost 8lbs in the last 3 months, but two pant sizes. The number on the scale isn't everything.
