Holiday over - need a kick up the b*m to keep it up

Hi guys,

I've just come back off holiday which I worked before to get from 15 stone down to 13 stone 11 pounds or 210 lbs to 193lbs
or 95 kgs to 97kgs.....

Weight loss wise I did pretty well but I need a boost of friends to get me back up and running - I want to be more defined by my birthday 22nd October. Slightly bigger arms, loss of 'dough' around chest and belly (it has decreased but some more would be good)!!!

Anyone got any circuits to do or weight programmes - I can;'t do impact (running etc) as problems with my ankle.
