How accurate is the fit bit one tracker calorie adjustment?

Consumer Reports rates it as "very good" for calorie accuracy. The measurement they used was "Combined calorie use accuracy from walking on a level treadmill at 3 mph for five minutes and using an elliptical exerciser for five minutes." So, your mileage may vary depending on your activity. I really like mine, but I do try to allow some leeway by not eating all of the exercise calories it gives me.0

someone on one of these forums said they lost theirs and called fitbit, who replaced it for free. good luck!0
