Thinner Leaner Stronger program

Just started lifting weights 3 weeks ago, and I'm using Mike Matthew's program Thinner Leaner Stronger. I love it so far, but I'm having to work up to even bench press the bar! Looking for some new friends who are also doing this program, or another weight lifting program!

I am starting strength training with free weights for the first time Thurs. I have done dumbbells and "body pump" type programs but never the free weights. I have a trainer for 6 sessions so we'll see....0
