Just move it!

I had the best time working out tonight and I wanted to post and let people know that while structure is important and keeps many people on track, sometimes you just gotta move. My ipod has been my best friend for exercise for the past 2 years. Find music you like, put it in your ears, and move. Tonight I went in my sunroom, blasted some really good music, and did all of my weight training while dancing my butt off in between sets. And when I was done, I danced some more for about 20 minutes. It just makes you feel good!

I completed Insanity. I hit the gym 6 times a week. I love all of it. But sometimes, you just need to cut lose and move your body in other ways. Shake those hips! Pop those shoulders! Shuffle those feet! Before you know it, you're sweating and an hour has passed. :) Oh yeah....I also go to Zumba classes. hmmmmm.... maybe that's why I do this now. haha.
