On the hunt

I decided the other day that I need to go on a friend hunt. Many of my old regulars stopped being regulars, and have virtually disappeared.

Here's what to know about me, before deciding to become friends with Kate...

1) I have logged in for precisely 879 days... yes, that is 2 years 4 months, and about... 27 days. Do I expect the same kind of logging out my my friends? Absolutely not!

2) I rarely log my food. I WISH I logged it more often, and yes, many will tell me my excuses are just excuses, but my life and work is busy. That being said, I think logging is absolute key to health, wellness, and weight loss. I'm a hypocrite... what else can I say?

3) I log pretty much every workout. Which at this point involves lifting 1-2 days, doing weighted circuit training 2-3 days, and running stairs 1-2 days per week.

4) My goal is 22% b.f., I'm currently sitting around 28%... I don't like that number much >:( I lost 17 pounds my first few months here, got down to 24% b.f., then winter happened, and I became a hermit, gained some, but still managed ok. Then winter happened again, and I gained a lot. I haven't been able to take it off, and it frustrates me.

5) I'm Canadian... from Ontario.

6) My profile needs updating. I'm no longer on the path to becoming a dietitian, which breaks my heart in two, but I still love the topic. There are many possibilities in my life at this time, one may involve Pilates instruction, we shall see.

7) I don't talk a ton (except for right now apparently), but I do LIKE a LOT! I enjoy status updates, especially the witty kind ;)

8) Health, wellness and fitness are my life now. I try really hard, every day. I just ask the same of my friends. It's not about being perfect, it's just about giving it your all today.

9) I will support the *kitten* out of you!

I don't log my food either, takes too long on this site. I just jot down the calories and protein throughout the day and make sure I'm at or under my goal, seems to work just fine.

Hope you achieve your goals! Add me if you'd like.
