Comforting eating for a loss/stress

I really am in the need of some support and I'm reaching out I guess. My grandmother recently passed away in June on my husband's birthday, I lived with her pretty much all my life and she was basically my mother. Ever since then, my eating habits have swirled out of control into craziness. In Sep 2012, I changed my lifestyle, I used to watch what I ate during the weekdays and have one "cheat" day, and on Sunday I'd eat overall healthy and just have a piece of chocolate or two. Now, after I went grocery shopping today, I basically had a mini binge and I feel guilty now. I started off eating good stuff and then suddenly it wasn't enough and I went straight for the cookies and other chocolates.
I start out the day saying to myself, "Okay, today is going to be different. I'm going to not eat such and such and only have healthy foods" but.. as soon as I get home from work it goes down the toilet. I'm having a really hard time coping with life without my grandmother, and on top of that I'm moving to a brand new country with my husband in about 2 months. I've been so stressed out. I really would want some support for someone to help me with eating habits and someone I could talk to. Maybe even PM. Things have been rough and it's showing I started out here at 175+ and my lowest was 139. I'm sure I'm probably bouncing between 145-150 right now but I've been too depressed to get on the scale to look, the last time I knew I was at the doctor's and I was 146.. and eating proper terribly as well. I think my working out every day is the only reason for my weight not going up extremely, but I'm obviously not wanting to gain weight back and now I'm rambling lol.
TLDR; lost family member and moving countries, want some support. Kinda depressed

I know the feeling as I have a tendency to do the same and it becomes a vicious cycle. All I can say is to think about the precious times that you had with your grandmother and how it would sadden her to know that she is the cause of your anxiety/depression. I am sure that your happiness meant everything to her. As for your move just think of it as an adventure. I too am moving next year as my husband is applying to grad school and we don't even know what state we will be in. I look at it as a chance to experience new things and meet new people. I know that I want to look my best when we make that move. I have 100 lbs to loose before then and I have been fighting a chronic disease that for the moment won't allow me to exercise. Just keep telling yourself that tomorrow will be better than today. You have just one chance at this life you might as well enjoy the hell out of it! ...heather0
