I'm totally new to juicing.
How do you calculate the calories in say 250ml juice, given you're not using a whole piece of fruit. E.g. an apple is usually (for me) about 80cal but I can't imagine that will yield more than a few sips of juice... and given you're not using the pulp some of the calories are lost that way I imagine.
