Protein Pancakes

Also, I made some protein pancakes the other day.

1/2 cup oats
4 egg whites
125g cottage cheese
1 banana

Makes 4 mid sized pancakes

1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend.
2. Pour batter into saucepan that is heated to low
3. Flip when bubbles come up

Nutrition
Cals 490
Protein 36g
Carbs 64g
Fat 8g


Very tasty as is. Could add honey or maple syrup if you wanted. Could also subsitute bananas for any other type of fruit you may wish.

However, I think the mixture might even be tastier than the finished product so since I'm lazy, I might just blend it up and eat that :P
