How to not gain the weight back? (stomach virus loss)

So I had a stomach virus and other abdominal pain from Sunday to Saturday, I weighed 192.5 Thursday July 31st, and I weighed Friday August 8th and weighed 186.3
It was the typical virus, stomach pain and constant runs to the bathroom, And in that 7 day period all I ate was yogurt, applesauce, bananas, and maybe a piece or two of toast. I'm over it now and my appetite is normal, but I really don't want to gain that weight back. I know it was just from being sick and maybe if I just gained a little of it back from normal fluctuations and such but all of it would really put me down.
I'm trying hard not to eat too much, since I barely ate for a week when my stomach stopped hurting I was absolutely starving, and today I went over my calorie goal so much the depression wasn't worth it to log. I also think I may have hypothyroidism or low iron, because for the past few weeks I have been ridiculously tired, like napping for 3-4 hours a day and then sleeping sound at night and still waking up exhausted, and I've been craving ice which is weird because I have very cold sensitive teeth and ice is very painful but I want it anyways, and even though I gave up soda/pop probably 1 year ago I have been wanting it so badly the past 2 weeks or so. I will be making a doctors app. for that but I'm afraid all my jacked up cravings will affect my weight loss, I'm trying really hard but my body is dying for sugar and sleep and calories. Any ideas on how I can suppress the cravings and maybe get some energy back, without gaining back the 6lbs I lost?

Your body will rebound just by getting back hydrated correctly because some of that loss is water (stomach viruses and the... uh... 'result' from them cause some mild dehydration). I also consider it pretty normal to eat a little more right after being sick - it replenishes the nutrients you get rid of during sickness and helps the body heal.
I wouldn't get too worked up about the scale for at least a week of being 'back to normal' from being sick because you're healing.
Now, this said, if you would be really put down about gaining back the 6 pounds you lost during illness, please please please go speak to your doctor. You've already mentioned other possible medical issues so visiting a doctor is a good idea anyway to get that checked out.0 -
It is probably mostly water loss, maybe a couple pounds of fat.
Just get back to eating healthy meals that are in-plan for your calories. You need to recover from being sick.
Also, you mention you gave up soda. Have you considered getting some of those flavored seltzers? I like those myself. I also drink a diet soda with lunch a few times a week and find that it makes a good replacement without the calories.0
