Heartache & Lacking Hunger

What is it about heartache that causes lacking appetite? I mean on a chemical level, what happens in our bodies to make us feel like food will in fact make us sick when our heart is broken?
I understand how SNS firing, Endorphins (Adrenalin), stress, etc... increases BMR which would eventually lead to more hunger. What I don't understand is what it is that causes food trigger nausea when my heart hurts...
Any thoughts on this?

Prepare snack type foods to keep around and nibble on throughout the day. Pick up some of your favorite things. Keep in mind that as awful as it is , it is temporary. I am sorry that you are going through it.0
