Hi, I'm a mom to two little boys in my 40's and I'm trying to stay healthy so I can keep up with them. I'm here in search of support and friendship in hopes that it will help me reach my goal. Thank you.

    Welcome! I just turned 40 and have 3 little girls (6,4,2). I definitely need more energy too!

    Hiya i am new here too.. am havent lost my baby weight since my son was born 20 months ago.. i put on 3 stone and am hoping to lose it by by 25th birthday in may :$ fingers crossed :)
