Running pains, need stretching help

I have recently been working up to jogging, basically awlking 4mph just about daily. I've been having some low back pain and right sided sciatica (left over from a car accident years ago). This morning, I jogged for the first time in years and am so stiff and I have a lot of pain in those areas. I stretched out right after I got back - mostly the sit on the floor and twist, touch your toes, etc, type stretches - but I need something a bit more focused on my low back. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Here is something I put together for a friend who had sciatica pain. Hope it helps.

Hey,sorry about the pain.Tony had some good stretches.I do the hamstring one plus reaching out-in between legs as far as you can(trying to get your nose on the ground =o>).
Yoga helps me a lot-the one where I sit in a prayer position(feet-knees on the ground then lean forward arms out ahead of you) > \o
Hope you feel better soon, maybe try soaking in epsom salt bath-it helps me.0 -
I couldn't live without my foam roller. It helps tremendously on my legs.0
