Hey, I know this gets asked A LOT... but I have a problem and I didn't notice it until last night...
I have applied for the army and have been building my fitness regime around minimal fitness requirements- sit-ups, push ups and running. I also do 2-3 weights sessions a week, building on my arms and legs, and working my butt with squats and some dead lifts. I run 2km and spin on bikes for 10mins to build up my cardio.
Last night when I was doing my push ups, I look down and see my belly is all lose skin (and to be honest still fat as well)...
My question is, what else can I add to my program that will help me tighten up my belly skin while still building on my military fitness? (and yes profile pic is me)
Thanks, inbox me and/or add me too if you want

If they are already heavy , wait for an expert to turn up :P

In addition to the above, I think a lot of it is time. As in, your skin will shrink up more over time. You have youth on your side so I think your chances of seeing your skin shrink up are really good.0

swimming is something I would LOVE to add... but just isn't gonna happen right now.. wish I had a pool at home sometimes0
