So ive been trying not to eat out as much and managing and when I have been eating out ive tried to make it places that have their menus and nutrition online so I can plan in advance what im going to have and make sure it is in or around my calories for the day.
BUT im out tomorrow evening for a hen party at a Thai restaurant. I can get out of the drinking as ive already said I would drive but what are fairly good choices for Thai food?

Here's a zombie post which has some helpful tips: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/171750-eating-healthy-at-a-thai-restaurant
To keep calories down, avoid anything deep fried or soups/curries made with coconut milk/cream.
(Having said that, I love Thai coconut curries so I'd eat it anyway and just work it into my day/week.)0
