Support needed

Had a long weekend away from home including delayed flights, cancelled flights and missed flights. Walked the LA airport and made sure to turn on my Map Your Run app and logged the miles:) That was the ONLY smart decision I made. The week prior I ate whatever I wanted. I lost weight years ago and maintain through MFP...but I am slacking and need some support. I cannot seem to talk myself into "behaving" with food. I feel it in the tightness of my clothes and how blah I feel. Please send some support this way!

  • I totaly understand. I lost a bunch of weight and now am having trouble saying no, when i used to have the will power to do so. Its hard but just keep trying, maybe add more excersize. Plan your meals for the week so that you only have the food you planned to eat. Pack your lucnhs/breakfast. My problem is the weekend and seeing everyone elses just going to town on whatever food is available. Its hard to say no when EVERYone else is eating and enjoying them selves. But i have to remember that its worth saying no.

    Many thanks:) I work from home so it is soooooo easy to slip--for some reason I behave better when I am home. I travel for work a LOT but near as much this year. Have to have a plan when I am out and about--packing clean snacks, etc. as you suggested. Thanks for the encouragement!
