Feel like giving up

So here's the story...I've been exercising 5-6 times per week, staying within my calorie count, and making sure to be accurate with food weighing and all that. But for the past few weeks my weight hasn't moved a bit. :( I fluctuate between 124-126 throughout the week but my goal is 118, and I've been stuck at the 125 range for like....almost a month and a half. I've tried adjusting cals and working out more but I've just lost all motivation. I don't know how to stay motivated

without an open diary it's hard to offer much.

If in 6 weeks you have adjusted calories and your exercise...pick one and stick to it for a while.

See how it works without being impatient.

If you are only 6-10 pounds over goal weight, consider other measures of success than just the scale, such as how do you feel in your clothes, does your body function the way you want it to for all your athletic endeavors, do you feel strong enough to defend yourself, can you move with grace?

Seconding this. Weight isn't the best metric for judging fitness and health, it's simply easy to measure, so it can be a useful proxy when people are seriously unfit/unhealthy. When you're talking small differences, it's better to focus on other things, those that liznotyet mentions in the quote above. Sometimes people think they need to lose weight when what they really want is to look less flabby; that's often better accomplished by gaining muscle than by losing weight.
