Hello MFP, This is the 3rd Time I find myself here.... 3rd Account aswel.

I really do not want to bore people with a long story, so the short of it is - I'm going to lose weight, and I have been. Heaviest Recorded Weight is 303 Pounds, I'm now 247, and my Goal is 205.00.

I'm 6ft 2 and From the United Kingdom, I am looking for friends to help get my going with tracking my food because that is the last thing I need to do. You will see from my log over the next (HOW EVER LONG WE ARE FRIENDS) that excercise is not an issue.. I love it. But its eating.

I have more control over the way I eat now and I am staying away from the badness. I have around 50 pounds to lose and I give myself 12 months to get that Goal.

Please, add me - no matter what country, sex, goal etc... I Will be adding all the friends I can.

I also have my first half marathon in 3weeks and 5 days!
