Body fat percentage reduction challenge group

Hello all,
I am venturing on a differing kind of journey. I am trying to reduce my body fat to 20% for the first main stage of my journey. I am 6'1" (185cm), and ~255 lbs (~116 kg) and an ex-football/baseball player. I love low-impact aerobics like cycling, weight-lifting, walking, elliptical, rowing, etc. I recently started a 90 day fitness challenge at my gym and set a goal to lose ~10% of my body fat. Roughly 25 lbs in 90 days. That's a tall damn order, but it's the goal anyway (I cuss like a sailor)
The Journey Begins...
Why am I so fat? Good question... Well, after months of trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong its no surprise its a combo of things, but mostly my problem stems from having a horribly stressful last year.. which led to stress, emotional eating, drinking, and depression. A whole lot of not giving a sh** about myself (did I mention I cuss a lot?). I put on about 15 lbs in the last year, but in actuality I've put on 30 lbs since 2010.
I just started a 90 day fitness challenge at my gym and I weighed in at 30.8% August 4th. That's startling because I don't look like a 30%er. I'm in good aerobic/weight training shape, so I think this is do-able for me. Although, I was wondering if any other MFP users out there would like to join up with me. If so, please send me a friend request.

I'd LOVE to join in the challenge! I am already an MFP friend.
Since I am only half way thought my morning coffee I have to think to see what 10% of my body fat is...I also have to look up what it is..I actually think i am around 30%ish myself if i remember correctly. I'll look that up.
I do Zumba, weights (currently machines, because I am too shy to go over to the free weights with only half an idea of what i am doing), walking, elliptical, and just agreed to sign up for a 5K mud run with a friend in May. Since my brother is getting married, probably in the Spring, i am absolutely up for a tall order challenge, as whether I am asked to be in the wedding or not, there will be LOTS of family pictures and I would like to have kicked my own @$$ to look my best for them!0
