I am on a diet of 2040 before any exercise.
I am eating within this, but mainly under it on most days but i feel like i am eating loads!
I normally have:
Breakfast: protein shake and black coffee
Post Workout: protein shake
Morning snack: Nuts or granary toast with Peanut Butter or banana or porridge
lunch: tin of tuna or chicken with Cous Cous and protein shake
afternoon snack: Nuts or granary toast with Peanut Butter or banana
evening meal: varies
anyone have any thoughts about this or anything they would change?

What are your goals (weight/fitness-wise) and are you achieving them on that diet?
Personally I couldn't stand to do 3 protein shakes in one day...but that's just me.0 -
Did you buy stock in protein powder?0

that's a lot of protein shakes - and where are all your veggies???0

OP, what are your goals? Are you weighing everything that you are consuming?0 -
i am trying to burn off body fat.
Years of not eating right!! i am not obese but i want to reduce my body fat.
I normally have a bunch of veggies with my evening meal.0 -
also the protein is a small portion at each time rather than it all at once.
The recommended servicng is 2 scoops but i just have one, so i am really having 1 1/2 shakes0 -
Unless you can't access food and the protein shakes are purely for convenience and not laziness (sorry to sound rude). Then try switching it out and replace with wholesome foods like chicken or other lean meats it'll offer similar macros but keep you fuller for longer0
