Hi,
im a relative noob and would quite like some new friends! Feel free to add!

Ive battled my weight all my life; tried alsorts! Lost about two stone with Rosemary Conley just to gain it again!

I tried to rejoin but lacked motivation!

Finally i think im on the right track and have lost 6lbs in the first week of eating less and moving more! Also doing the 30 day abs and squat challenge which i love! Im only eating about 650 calories a day atm but these are healthy, sensible calories and i will only stay that low for the next four weeks!
