Returning back for some motivation

I had great success with myfitnespal. Went from an out of shape 205# 3 years ago to a lean 170#. I have steadily been putting on muscle but I have strayed way away from my diet and this community. Although I do not believe I am fat, I still would like to take a chunk out of my fat percentage. I'm shooting for a strict 90 day shred. I decided to change my instagram to document and help keep myself motivated to hit my goal. @butler_fitness_blog. I am also going to do my best to keep my food intake logged here since this is where I got my origional motivation and results. Today starts day 1!
