need a little advice

Hey guys, been a long time since I posted anything, I just strayed away from MFP a little because of my new job. I've been sticking with my diet. I've went from 233 pounds to 196 pounds since March 27th of this year. almost 40 pounds in a little over 4 months. I've dropped from almost going to 38 jeans, down to 34's, and some of my 34's I need a belt. The moobs issue is still there a little, but since I've been hitting the gym, they don't look as bad. What I'm wanting to know, should I start to bulk? I tried eating more the last few days, but I felt so bloated I could barely move. Any helpful advice on this, or should I continue dieting down to about 180 which was my initial goal at first. Only reason I'm thinking about bulking now is I think I have some loose skin on my stomach now, but I cannot tell if it's still fat or just loose skin. I'll try to take some before and after pics and post them soon.

Lyle McDonald recommends dieting to sub-15% body fat before starting to bulk: http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/muscle-gain/initial-body-fat-and-body-composition-changes.html
This is also an excellent discussion of how to determine whether or not you're ready to bulk: http://strengthunbound.com/bulking-complete-guide-for-beginners/0
