I am sick of being over weight and thinking about everyon else who is smaller and prettier. I would like to be able to wear a dress with confidence and not have to worry about people looking and judging me. I would like people to talk to motivate me and if live in sa australia possibly even meet up to lose it. I need help I would like to lose 40 kg at the start and then bit by bit.

    Hey! I am not in Australia, however, I am starting this journey also! I wish to loose 60 pounds. I am in SW Florida, USA.
