This is my only dinner option right now. Is this okay?

Right now I'm really limited on money, so I'm trying to eat only what I have on hand for the next week. Do you think this is an okay dinner?

- Cinnamon oatmeal packet. Things I have on hand to add in are: protein powder, a cashew/almond/dried cranberry trail mix, sunflower seed butter, soy milk, and dried apricots. I plan to mix it up every night with the toppings.

I know it's probably not ideal (where's the greens?), but is it going to sabotage my weight loss efforts if my breakfasts and dinners remain really healthy too and I'm working out daily? I'm just not used to eating sweet things in the evening - I usually stick to things like grilled chicken, salads, etc for dinner so having oatmeal just feels weird!

Thanks!

All that really matters is that you're still creating a calorie deficit. Oatmeal really isn't bad for you, nor is any of the additives you're considering.
Gotta go with what you can afford.
