    Jaw-dropping results!

I weigh just a bit more than what you lost and I can't imagine what it was like to carry around the equivalent of me all day.
You must feel a tremendous lightness of being these days.

Excellent results for your tremendous dedication to reach your goal!

Just thought I'd make a New Years update. January 3, 2015

Got up, weighed in at 151.8 pounds. Ran 12km before the snow started.

Life is good as a maintainer. If anyone thinks they can't do it, know that you can. If I could, so can you.
