feeling nauseous

So today after my workout I felt VERY nauseous, without throwing up or being lightheaded. This has happened before but very rarely (say, from May-Now its happened twice). I haven't changed my workout/eating habits recently and definitely hydrate well throughout. I eat hours before working to avoid cramps and heartburn. Its not exceptionally humid today and I ate well all yesterday (1500 cal, fully hydrated, tons of protein and didn't go over any goals). I ate after to see if it would help; worse.
I eat about 1500 cal daily, no soda pop or chips or anything
Alternate daily between an hour of interval cardio and strength training (today was strength)
What am I doing?!
What should I be doing?!
Is my body telling me it needs a break?

If it doesn't happen often I wouldn't worry about it. It could be due to so many things, it's hard to say what caused it. Maybe you didn't get quite enough sleep, maybe something you ate was a bit off, maybe it's a bit of a stomach bug.
If it keeps happening, then it may be time to reevalute your food intake, or go see a doctor.0 -
