Hey guys,Im Andrea..I partied tonight because my Master's results were out yesterday and i scored really well...and hence ended up treating myself to 1300 calories of cake tonight :( i strictly avoid processed sugar..but i did have cake once again a week before exams(Damn,those heavenly creamy bites of delight just make you forget your exam-woes for a bit)..Anyway ive been exercising thrice a week(Kickboxing) and i do home exercises(lunges and squats) occasionally..
I did feel realllllly guilty for having the cake tonight though!!will have to do home exercises everyday to make sure im maintaining my figure....
Does anyone else on here avoid sugar like I do?(like the processed ones..i dont avoid fruits ..although i dont have fruits on a regular basis..im more into veggies and chicken...kickboxing really gets you sore..need the chicken to repair my torn muscles :) )
I treat myself to a cake every 6 months or once a year...and cheat meal every 2 months(my fav cheat meal being biryani)

  • Hi, I'm Lizzie. Yes, I do, and only because I used to have (and still have) a major sweet tooth. Now I avoid sugar because I just don't like it as much anymore.
