Hello,
Someone posted a real easy granola bar recipe some time ago. I wrote it down and of course I can't find it. It was really easy with some old fashioned oats, PB, and honey.
Does anyone have it or another easy recipe I could try?
Thanks

I don't know about that specific recipe, but there are lots of yummy granola bar and other recipes at www.ambitiouskitchen.com and www.minimalistbaker.com. I absolutely love these blogs (and no, I'm not affiliated with them in any way!) and they have tons of healthy and yummy recipes. Specifically, Minimalist Baker has recipes with as few ingredients and steps as possible. I hope you can find something you like there!0

Not quite granola bars, but it has the ingredients you're looking for. They're yummy and you can put just about anything in them. Mini choco chips are my favorite, but I try not to buy them because they're dangerous...

These aren't bars, but I've had great success with this slow cooker recipe!
5 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2/3 honey
1/3 cup coconut oil or butter *
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup raisins or craisins, I used a combination of both
Lightly grease the crock-pot with a teaspoon or so of oil. Add the oats, almonds and salt. In a large measuring cup or small glass bowl, combine the honey, oil, peanut butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Microwave for a minute, stir and microwave an additional 30 seconds as needed, to melt everything and allow it to combine smoothly. (In lieu of a microwave, this can easily be done in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently.)
Pour the liquids over the oats in the crockpot and stir well to thoroughly coat. Place the lid on the crockpot, leaving it slightly vented. Cook on HIGH for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Stir in the dried fruit right at the end. Spread the granola across a large baking sheet and let it cool before transferring to an airtight container.

Edit: found this! To make into bars: combine 2 cups granola w/2 beaten eggs, put in a lightly greased cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cut into bars and cool.0
