Experience with exercise after Breast lift/augmentation?

Has anyone here had experience with this type of surgery and returning to exercise in a reasonable amount of time? I am nervous about not only exercise, but caring for my 4 small children, as I am a stay at home mom, and their main care taker.

That largely depends on variables that are specific to you, such as the size/position of the implants (underneath or on top of the muscle), the position and size of the incisions (whether they go in through the armpit or somewhere else), and your body's ability to heal itself, so you need to talk with your surgeon. It will be awhile before you're able to lift more than 5 pounds, and you can expect it to take weeks before you're able to exercise "normally" (maybe longer if you're a lifter).
Edit: If they're actually doing a lift and not just an aug, it'll take longer. Sorry.0
