Stress gain

I had a VERY emotional and stressful week last week and even though I continued to exercise and tried to stay on point calorie wise, I put on 5lbs. I started back to my regular "food plan" yesterday and my exercise routine today. Any ideas of how long this is going to hang around? It seems like all the weight is right in my stomach, my abs are gone
