    I also use an excerscise ball for stretches.

    Yoga and Pilates are great for strength training but it's always important to do cardio as well. Getting your heart rate up for a substantial amouth of time is the only way to really burn fat!

    Just to be clear it isn't the ONLY way, just the most efficient. However combined with a good strength program, you will drop fat while keeping your lean muscle.
