HIIT Training?

Hello All! I have so far lost about 50 pounds but seemed to have hit the dreaded plateau. Granted this summer my eating has been a tad off, but I still think I need to do something different in the exercise department. I know, and believe, that it is all calorie in/calorie out but I started biking this spring/summer and worked up to about 45 minutes most days. This has proven to give me some muscle definition in my legs. I am also doing some exercises with extremely light weights. However I have slacked off in the bike department cause I think I am just getting bored. I read in a recent article that after experiencing a plateau, one tried HIIT training and pushed through to lose another 50 pounds. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with HIIT training and could give suggestions/websites/etc. I was looking for something with minimal equipment/expense. Thanks!

I do HIIT regularly and love it. You can find lots of online resources by googling HIIT - some use weights, some use body weight. But there are lots.
I have lost 47 and counting doing HIIT and I use both Jillian Micheals and JNL Fusion - they are not TRUE HIIT but they do follow very similar protocals.0
