I've lost like 80 pounds since late 2013 and I can totally tell the difference and I'm super stoked...but one thing that bothers me I still I have super thick thighs.
What's the best way to get rid rid of those?

You can't spot reduce.
If you still have "super thick" thighs after losing 80 lbs, you are probably bound to have large thighs. That's all genetics.0 -
Don't.
Squat more.

Well, are they big because they're muscular, or are they big because your body fat percentage is still high? If it's body fat then you continue to eat at a deficit until they hit a reasonable size/you hit a healthy body fat percentage.0

I have big thighs - I was a dancer for many, many years. I used to HATE them, but now I've embraced them. My advice is to learn to love them, but you probably won't like that much.0
