I'm eating 1500 calories a day and I break it down like this:
Breakfast- 350
Snack-100
Lunch-400
Snack-100
Dinner-450
Snack 100
(I sometimes use my exercise calories to add more calories to my snacks or dinner IF I'm still hungry).
Total 1500 calories
I'm trying to create about 30 breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas to put on Excel document so I can have variety of options without the planning & thinking as to what to eat. If you guys can help me come up with some ideas when I'm finished collecting and organizing everything I will share the document to whomever is interested.
So let's start with breakfast. Any 350 calorie breakfast ideas???

this is kind of a funny one but it's a breakfast fave in my house, can be made the night before .
Mexican Cinnamon Rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp becel vegan margarine (or your personal choice)
1 cup uncooked long grain rice (white or brown will work fine)
1/4 cup currents/raisins/cranberries
2 1/4 cups low sodium vegetable stock
2 tsp ground cinnamon
fresh cilantro
I add a scoop or toasted almond slices to mine too for added protein
cook onion and garlic until tender, add remaining ingredients (other than cilantro and nuts)
bring to boil, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, fluff with fork cover again and let rest for 5-10 minutes

Sounds like a great idea! I do the same thing with dinners and such, keep a record of what I like so I can find it again with little work. Here's some breakfast ideas around 350 calories, obviously give or take depending on brand and amount. I usually drink water or herbal tea for breakfast, so I didn't account for drinks or coffee calories. Good luck!

This may or may not help.... I just saw that SparkPeople (another diet website) has a mix and match meal planner. It's kind of limited in choices, and assumes that you want to drink milk at ever meal (??) but has some interesting options!

Did you ever make your document? I would be VERY interested in seeing it!
