What flavor for homemade kale chips?

I love kale chips now that I discovered how good they are with brown sugar and paprika (approx 3:1). What is your best flavor?

    lots of yummy choices..

    - sea salt and red vinegar
    - olive oil and parmesan cheese
    -lemon and sea salt
    - cayenne and cocoa
    - red pepper flakes
    - cajun seasoning

    yum.... now i'm hungry. lol
