hi! im semi-new on here. im ready to loose my post baby weight. i had my son 15 months ago and also became a stay at home mom. the lifestyle change has caught up to me and now i am about 50+lbs over weight. im looking forr some people w/ similar stories that can help me stay motivated when sitting on the couch and watching tv seems way better then working out and loosing my weight! please help! : )

    When I turn on the TV I try to get on the stair stepper or elliptical, it makes the time go by quicker!
