I ate terribly these past few days; how to recoup?

Title kinda says it all, over the past few days I've been eating HORRIBLY, I've had multiple like small bags of chips (at least 550 cals each) sandwiches loaded with mayo and other unhealthy toppings, I had an ENTIRE chipotle burrito (with basically everything on it.) I've had eggs benedict covered in hollindase sauce twice, hash browns and toast, sarah lee snacks (cinnamon rolls) potato chips.
So, how do I get back on track for this? I feel REALLY bad about how badly I've eaten as I can tell I feel disgusting. Part of me thinks I should just skip eating for a day or two HOWEVER, I know in the long run that will do me no good, so tomorrow I'm planning on starting of fmy day with some hard boiled eggs and a banana. Also lots of water.
Any other tips?

Just start doing what you were doing before you slipped up. It's not the end of the world. Don't beat yourself up over it. Just get back to what you were doing before.0
