I'm not saying it might give six pak abs. I'm saying would it train your muscles to stick out, (in a bad way) like how they tell you to hold your muscles in to train them.

I was told by me Pe teacher that you have to be careful to exhale when you do the up of a sit up because if you are breathing in then it will train the muscles wrong.
    also no.

Still no. Not gonna be anything other than no.

thats cool man... Im just asking not acting like i'm an expert to something I don't know...I just wanted to show the reasoning behind the question.

    SMH.......

hey... these forums are to bounce ideas off each other and find out info we may not know.. NOT TO SLAM.

Acting like an A-hole does not make you look cool to others...It makes you look like an A HOLE. PERIOD.

SonicDeathMonkey was this directed at him? I think he explained the gravity boots and the whole blood thingy. Seems legit. Have you tried sleeping with the pillow between your legs? You may or may not have to do clams the next day; I am not a PE educator though so take this with a grain of salt. And grain of salt is a phrase not an act to be performed unless it is part of a new diet then. . . .well.....by all means. . . .
