Give me your belly stories....

So I have lost quite a bit of weight since Nov 2013, started at 250lbs and and I am now 180lbs at 5'8. I am not having a whole bunch of issues losing weight, the problem is, that everything seems to be going at a faster rate than my belly!
Basically what I want to know is, at what point did you weight-goal reachers, notice that your belly no longer laid across your hip bones when you sat down? 10-20lbs before goal?

I am 106lbs, 5ft tall and my belly still lays over my hip bones as I sit. My belly is a huge issue for me that I have been working on my whole weight loss journey.. always strength train, keep carbs easily soluble and make sure you engage that core. My tummy isn't too large.. my issue is my excess skin. I wonder if anyone has any idea what's best for the excess skin.
Keep your chin up though, belly weight typically always falls off last. It's a pain!
