If you are a sexy lady who is hoping to be sexier by Valentines Day 2011 [Whether you have a man or not!] Join me in my quest to lose some lbs & inches and well as to gain confidence & sex appeal by that lovely little "holiday" in February

    I'll join ya!! I love little challenges to get me to my goals. And I actually have a boyfriend for this Valentine's Day, first time ever!!!

    Name: Sara
    Age: 24
    SW: 154.1 lbs (I had a bit of a indulgent weekend with said boyfriend and we dined out twice and drank), but I started losing weight at 215 lbs
    CW: 154.1 lbs
    GW: 143 lbs

    I don't want to be too ambitious with my goal, since I've been losing pretty slowly now that my BMI is nearing healthy, so 143 lbs is about 3 pounds above a healthy BMI and 9 pounds below where the scale was for my Friday weigh in. If I really want to be a superstart, I'll hit 140 for Valentine's Day, which is my goal weight! At least my initial goal weight. We'll see after 140 appears.
